Our Story

 

Founded in 2016 by Design Director Chris Williamson, Blank Space has established a well-deserved reputation for delivering beautiful designs. As a dynamic and enthusiastic building design firm, Blank Space draws inspiration from coastal and rural living, situated in the lovely South Coast, NSW. Our primary goal is to create distinct and personalised designs that not only embody our clients' brief but also respond harmoniously to the surrounding context.

At Blank Space, we take pride in our creativity, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering designs that are both visually pleasing and functionally effective. Our portfolio encompasses a wide range of projects including residential alterations and additions, new houses, multi-residential, duplexes, secondary dwellings/granny flats, sheds, decks, and select commercial ventures. While our projects are primarily based in the Shoalhaven area, we have also successfully completed work in regions such as Kiama, Shellharbour, Eurobodalla, Southern Highlands, and Sydney.

Therefore, we prioritise working closely with our clients to gain a thorough understanding of their project brief. We value client input and feedback during the concept stage, striving to ensure that our designs exceed expectations and fulfil all requirements. We document and design in 3D, providing clients with a comprehensive visual representation of the proposed design.
